NeoFolk / Acoustic created by Sean Deth ( Frontman/Bassist of Witchhelm and Burial Oath). The project is based of northern pagan beliefs and the worship of the old gods as a reflection in nature.
-Band name is named after Sean's German Shepherds Osiris and Jupiter
Songs about ancient magic, the wisdom of nature and the intoxication of dance.
Above all this, the band sings and plays their songs. Sometimes tender, spherical and dreamy, sometimes rhythmic, demanding and fast, the pieces are heard from the stage.
However, the legends and myths of the old days, whose power and mystery resonate to this day in the music of WALDKAUZ, remain a binding theme.
On old and modern instruments WALDKAUZ play their very own version of Pagan Folk, mix traditional ideas from all over Europe and combine it with their own ideas to something completely new. Powerful drums meet tender flute sounds and buzzing bouzouki sounds play mystical harp melodies.
In 2017, the four young musicians from Hildesheim can look back on a four-year joint live experience. These include festivals such as the Hörnerfest, WGT or the Autumn Moon Festival.
They also won the Newcomer Award of the Festival Mediaval in 2016 and played at numerous dates of the Medieval Fantasy Spectaculum (MPS).
Last Wail was founded in Omsk, Russia in 2008. The band plays battle metal, a mix of melodic death and folk-metal. Their inspiration comes from the old gods and warriors from Scandinavia. Their music is no cry for mercy, but a call to fight up to the end and to win in spite of all.
The music has female vocals, affressive drums, atmospheric melodies and pure raw energy. After they recorded a demo ‘The Tale of Endless Night’ in 2010 they released a debut album with the same title in 2011.
Last Wail is a band from the heart of Syberia. Our Music bears spirit of the warrior which live in everyone. Our Lyrics plunges you in the world of battles, magic

During the year 2012, the first compositions of Heimsgard are born, forged cold by the impulses of inspiration of Raido. Satisfied with his work still fragmenting, he reaped the fruits of his inspiration left to decant and allowed to improve all ideas until maturation. It is only in 2014 that the name of Heimsgard will adorn the label of its future first vintage: "Ordrag", which will be bottled at the autumnal equinox 2015. Shaped with the hammer of Thor, decked with melodies epic and folk, racy but with hints of paganism and Scandinavian folklore, Heimsgard offers a pagan / folk metal powerful and easygoing. The moorings are dropped and the Heimsgard raids are just beginning.

Foundations for :NODFYR: were laid by Joris and Niels in 2011, fueled by a desire to make heathen metal inspired by the folklore, mythology and nature of their native Gelderland. Nodfyr is the name of a pagan Germanic practice of fire making, mentioned in the 8th century Indiculus superstitionum et paganiarum. Nodfyr is one of the oldest (proto-) Dutch words.
Early versions of songs were recorded with the help of violin player Irma and after Niels went on to pursue other goals in 2014 Jasper and Mark joined in 2015. Due to their involvement in various other music endeavors (Heidevolk, Wederganger, Alvenrad) the two songs for their first release were finished in the summer of 2017.

LEIDUNGR is a Nordic Ritual Folk project. The latest album "Nordiska Hymner" is released by Trutzburg Thule 2017. The lyrical concept of "Nordiska Hymner" is a philosophical presentation of ancient myths and spirituality of northern Europe.
Step into the realms of LEIDUNGR once again in a mindset of meditation and embrace the heritage granted to those who possess the necessary traits by ancient forces and currents, made into something sinister through the passage of time.
The debut album, “De Nio Kraftsångerna”, was released by Equilibrium Music 2013
Crafted by weaving ritual elements into traditional folk, LEIDUNGR‘s mesmerizing work is also imbued with an indelible martial aura which reinforces the underlying heroic mood summoned on these recordings. The potent and evocative combination, which spreads across various genres, often re-creating their common formats, allows LEIDUNGR to carve their unique brand of Nordic Ritual Folk – a term which perfectly defines the genuine atmosphere of their long awaited debut album.
Although its inception can arguably be traced back to ARDITI‘s “Statues of Gods” release (10” EP 2009, Equilibrium Music), LEIDUNGR quickly grew into a unique separate entity. Visual assistance was found in Freki Wodenswolf, a talented artist known his unique handcrafted creations, made from natural materials as leather, wood, horn, bone and metal. Perfectly in tune with the project’s inspiration and Nordic roots, Freki has provided much of the artwork that accompanies LEIDUNGR‘s outputs. The band made their debut via the limited edition “Hell Eder Asar” 7″ EP, released on Fronte Nordico in 2011, which quickly started to build anticipation surrounding the release of a full album. “De Nio Kraftsångerna” is the name of the debut album, released in February 2013 via Equilibrium Music on matt varnished Digipak CD with copper printing.
Second album "Nordiska Hymner" was released 2017 by Trutzburg Thule. The lyrical concept of "Nordiska Hymner" is a philosophical presentation of ancient myths and spirituality of northern Europe.
LEIDUNGR represent the few but strong, those never enslaved by any way of inferior thoughts.
Through the music created by LEIDUNGR you will be able to come in contact with your own inner ancient Warrior Spirit.
Step into the realms of LEIDUNGR once again in a mindset of meditation and embrace the heritage granted to those who possess the necessary traits by ancient forces and currents, made into something sinister through the passage of time.
Half a Mile is a composition of six passionate musicians from Zwolle and surroundings. The sisters Hanna and Susanne van Gemeren have been singing twice since their younger years. The band has a penetrating, honest message and passionately shares the search for meaning and the Creator in this chaotic existence. The country / folk, Celtic and Eastern influences in combination with the bands of love for acoustic music provide a unique and authentic musical style.
The musical project Pimeä Metsä (“Dark Forest” in Finnish) begins in Madrid, on a 2006 December’s night. Surrounded by beer and friends, the idea of founding a northern Viking/folk metal band grew up strongly. On February 2007, David (guitar), Juan (bass) and Miguel (keyboard) started playing and composing our first pieces. As thrill and expectations grew up, we felt it was time to look for new colleagues to share our exciting adventure. While we try to find new members, Juan had to leave the band due to his studies. During those months, Pimeä Metsä was lucky to have met great musicians and friends like Vladimir, Dima, Ernesto or Antonio (bass players), Alex (vocalist) or Domingo and Laura (drummers). The current line-up starts working on July 2008, when Ángel arrived to the band as singer. The same year, in autumn, Hugo and Pablo joined Pimeä Metsä crew to take charge of lead guitar and drums, respectively. Finally, at the end of 2009, Juanto started playing his role at the bass. And the clan of the dark forest was completed.
During this first period of changes and searching, the founding members of Pimeä Metsä didn’t waste time. We improved our musical skills, composing new songs and arranged the previous ones. Then, with newest incorporations playing their role, the band made its debut on 23rd January 2009 in Silikona (Madrid) for more than 170 people. Along this year, Pimeä Metsä gave other shows with Ernesto and Antonio (a good friend of David and Miguel) as live bass players. Finally, Juanto was brought in as resident bass player and gave his first show with them in Sala Live (Madrid). Our energetic shows and surprising staging gave us a good growing reputation.
After several weeks of hard working, gigs and rivers of beer, the clan decided to record a demo CD. So then, “Beneath the northern lights” appears as home-made demo on February 2010 (with a little help of Dani from Canalla Records making the final mix). Thanks to this, the name of the band began to sound strongly throughout the media, getting good critics of the demo and giving the chance of sharing stage with big bands like Kathaarsys (May 2011), Arkona (June 2011, in their first visit to Spain), Korpiklaani and Trollfest (April 2012) or Northland and Ravenblood (January 2013).
With a name that was known increasingly and the support of our families, friends, and fans, we decided that the time had come to record our first self-produced album at New Life Studios, in Madrid. Previous weeks of homeworking and hours of practice finished on March, 4th of 2013 with the first drums recording sessions at the studio. José Garrido and Daniel Melián are co-producers and recording engineers and the mixing will be done by Mika Jussila at Finnvox Studios. After some months of huge working, “Legacy of the Heathen North” was released as our first studio album, offering a high quality jump in production and a musical and compositional evolution.
We continuing growing up as a clan, a family, to show the world the heathen spirit of the ancient gods is still alive. Welcome to the dark forest… welcome to Pimeä Metsä. See you soon at our gigs. Until then… KEEP ON VIKING!!!

Pyrolysis [pye-rol-lis-sis] is a folk band from the heart of the Burgundian countryside, Zaltbommel. With traditional acoustic instruments like violin, accordion, bouzouki and bodhrán, the musicians play original folk songs with a traditional tune here and there. The music is inspired by traditional folk music from different corners of the planet: Irish and Scottish influences are evident, but gypsy, heathen and even Viking influences also present themselves. With a lot of energy and a clear, positive approach, the members dance and jump around the stage singing cheerful songs about the good things in life.
Since an unannounced musical presence at Keltfest in 2014, Pyrolysis has been in an updraft, playing on large folk festivals throughout the Netherlands, such as Keltfest, Castlefest and the Midwinter Fair. It even led them to be nominated for the "best live band NL/BE" award in the Bastaard Fantasy Awards 2016.
Pyrolysis’ music gives you a feeling of cheer and friendship, letting you forget about your sorrows!

Songs from the heart of nature, inspiration from the depth of the soul
I have been working with heathen folk music since 2006 for my project Eliwagar. I have always been inspired by nature and the heathen spirituality which reflects a lot in the lyrics. With the side project "Runahild" I wish to come even closer to a natural soundscape. I came to a point when most of the primal ideas are based on old instruments, instead of guitar, which is bringing an other kind of energy flow. While I was often dreaming myself away with Eliwagar, picturing ancient worlds and lands, my new songs are rooted in the nature spirituality experienced in this life.
